A delicious experience
These bath salts are wonderful. As stated in the product description they are made with Blue Tansy and Ylang Ylang Essential Oils and Vitamin C Crystals mixed with Epsom salts for a delicious experience. Epsom salts have been used therapeutically for hundreds of years and have many different use from promoting health benefits to gardening. Essential oils affect our minds and our emotions by having the potential to invoke an emotional impact that can reach deep into the psyche, relaxing the mind and uplifting the spirit. Since our sense of smell is estimated to be 10,000 times more acute than our other senses and sensitive to some 10,000 chemical compounds, once registered, scent travels faster to our brain than either sight or sound. I can personally vouch for Vitamin C removing impurities in tap water, especially chlorine. My husband uses Vitamin C in our swimming pool and well water when the chlorine levels get too high.1/2 cup of salts is all I needed for my soaking tub and the combination of aromatherapy and natural minerals certainly did enhance my sleep. I am going to say that if you have a difficult time sleeping or are suffering from stress, these salts are probably not going to magically give you a good night's sleep but they certainly can't hurt. I usually enjoy a cup of sleepytime tea while soaking in the tub to further help me to decompress from the day. Thanks for a great product, one of the better soaks I have tried. The bath salts are pleasant, no heavy perfume smell, just a light citrus smell. I am relaxed after a soaking bath. Will I buy again? I don't think so, there is another bath salt I do like better.

Love this bath salt! Leaves skin soft, not dry. The scent is wonderful. I also like that it has vitamin c added to neutralize the chlorine.
