I did quite a bit of research before choosing this sweet potato powder, and I’m very glad I went with True Nutrition. The texture is smooth and fine, so it mixes easily into smoothies, soups, and baked recipes without clumping. The flavor is mild, slightly sweet, and tastes natural not artificial. It’s a great clean-carb option for meal prep or post-workout fuel, and the quality has been consistent with every bag I’ve purchased.

A pleasant healthy mix of fresh fruits, some frozen, these powders, plus a mix of vegetable powders along with a trio of milks from DHA omega3, to almond coconut and flax. Add a little pea protein and some extra rich cocoa. The end result is thick rich tasty and healthy. I large glass makes my day.

ATTENTION SOURDOUGH BAKERS: this is colorless!!! I bake sourdough and sweet potato powder is not offered in stores around me so I went to Amazon to get some for the color. I wanted that pretty purple color. I was not aware that this is colorless! There are no pictures of the powder and I just assumed it was the same thing. With no return or exchange option I am now stuck with this colorless powder that I can’t do anything with.
