I recently had an accident which left me with two shattered ankles and a fractured leg. I was unable to walk for two months, and when my doctor cleared me to be weight-bearing again, I found that my heels hurt...A LOT! My PT explained that the bottom of one's heels are basically callouses, and mine had become soft and tender again because they hadn't been used; they'd have to be "toughened up" over time. I saw these and thought I had nothing to lose by trying them, and I'm glad I did - they made a HUGE difference which I noticed immediately!It's been about a month now since I'm back on my feet, and I'm pretty much back to being able to walk normally; I really think these helped speed up the process.

These are soft gels that give some relief to heel pain due to heel spurs. They fit my shoes reasonably well (my size is larger than the recommended size, so that's on me and I did not deduct for that), but their biggest asset is also their biggest detriment.They come with a sticker on the bottom of the cups. If you don't take the sticker off, they move around in your shoes. If you take the sticker off, the bottom of the cups have a stick substance on them (it seems like the stuff that was on the toys that you'd throw at the wall and watch them slowly crawl down the wall). When the sticker is removed and the sticky stuff hits your shoe, they stay in place very well, which is GREAT. The downside is that if you remove them to put in a different pair of shoes, they will lose their stickiness and not stay well in any of your shoes.My advice is to put them in one pair of shoes and leave them there. The problem is that this can become expensive if, like me, you want them in all your shoes.

Great deal for the price. I have not had any problems with the pads slipping once I get them in place and get my foot in the shoe. It definitely helped alleviate the pain I had in my Achilles' tendon. I have never had pain like that before and this product makes walking easier

My heel pain didn't go away compelety, but the heel cups definitlely alleviated some pain. I have a very low arch and prefer these over the rubber inserts.Some other reviewers complained about not being able to transfer these over to other shoes, but I didn't have that problem at all. I can freely take them in and out and use them for my other shoes.

These are very comfortable and I plan to buy more in the future if/when they need replacing. Great product as they support and also stay in place.

Not as soft as I thought they might be. They are very sticky (tacky). The Dr. Scholl's Comfort Heel Cushions are far superior in comfort and quality. These seem like someone tried to copy the Dr. Scholl's but didn't know the proper ingredients. They work, but there are better out there.

The material takes pressure off my heels during a long day on my feet. Very comfortable. I wish I could move it from different shoes but the stickiness will dry up.
