Q: Anyone know why they have taken so long to get this to me? Contacted twice, no reply. I would think twice before ordering from here. Not happy.

I ordered on Dec 1, the negative reviews where not like they are today. My order was to be expected between Dec 7 - Dec 10. I Attempted to search tracking number but when I discovered Yanwen was who it was shipped through I read their reviews & I was fuming by the 5th - none of the shipments where ever received. I requested a valid tracking number & shortly after that email was sent to the seller, my expected dates changed to Dec 11-16. I contacted Amazon Customer Service next. Their hands are tied do to the 24-48 hr time they allow the seller to respond. So, come Sunday Dec 12, I will be demanding a full refund as I will be driving 1.5 hrs to purchase this item “locally” instead to waiting to see if they actually shipped this order. I needed this item by today, I would have actually picked a different seller had I see & read what I have tonight about orders NEVER arriving.
