I’m between this b&o and the sony wf-1000xm4, but reading the reviews i noticed some fitting ian’s disconnecting issues. can anybody tell me your exp?

It’s too bad that I did not see you question before now. Don’t go with the Sony. The only reason to opt with the Sony over the B&O is a better ANC. The sound on the B&O is the best of any True Wireless earphones—bar none. The is no equalizer because there is no need for one. Yes there is one that you can choose several types of sound but because the sound is so good and outer worldly that an equalizer is just not necessary. I am purchasing the EQ tomorrow but have a friend who owns both the Sony and the B&O EQ and the sound of both are miles apart. If you have the money, wait for Amazon to restock the B&O EX and purchase them. They are even better than the EQ. I am hoping to purchasing the EQ tomorrow and then exchanging them for the EX providing the EX model comes in within the 30-day exchange time or I will have to purchase them as well. Since Amazon has the EQ on a 5 month payment plan, one can still purchase both. I have most of the reviews of the EXs and they produce absolutely THE BEST in-ear earphones’ sound they have ever heard.

How do these compare to bowers & wilkins pi7?

The PI7 sounds better to me. I noticed most people say the EQ, but could that be due to them listening to YouTube reviewers? Test it out yourself. I personally didn’t think it was worth $400, especially missing skip function.
