Since I started taking this magnesium glycinate complex from Webber Naturals, I've noticed a huge difference. I used to feel very exhausted, but now I have more energy and sleep better. I love that it's highly absorbable and comes in vegetarian capsules.

My neurologist suggested this 200 mg dose in addition to a B Complex. I am tolerating it very well. Price was reasonable. 200 mg is hard to find. I was happy to find it and I am pleased with the product.

This magnesium definitely raises your mag levels! I was taking 1 capsule at night. I had several spells of Tachycardia at 4:00AM. My dr checked my magnesium and potassium level and the Mag was over the recommended limit so I quit taking it. Doc said to take 1/3 of that dose. Have to find a lower dose. He suspects that the high mag levels caused my Tachycardia!
