GYM MASTER High Density Foam Plyo Jump Boxes

This box does what it says, incredibly lightweight so it's easy to handle it but also sturdy, I stepped on it with weights and it did not disappoint. It's also small enough for a home gym but versatile and doesn't take up a lot of space. Really happy with my purchase.

This box has proved to be a useful addition to my home gym. Where jumping and stepping movements have been included in my circuits, this box has so far worked very well. Can of course be used for other movements too. I like the way the height can be changed by simply changing the position of the box. Seems sturdy enough, though I prefer to keep this zips away from active contact to avoid any unnecessary wear in those areas. Absorbs impact quite well that also makes it more comfortable to use.

A solid, portable piece of home gym kit.

I bought this for rehab on hamstring and achilles problems (particularly when doing the sort of glute bridges where you swap rapidly from foot to foot). It has survived several months pounding from a large man without any marks, and has just enough flexibility to be comfortable without being squishy. My only critique is that the surface is a bit shiny and it can shift around - I put it against the wall where it cannot run away...

Sturdy, but light weight. Great for gaining confidence in my plyo workouts. Also useful for getting up high for household chores!Remember because the dimensions are small ( beginner level) the landing surface on the 18 inch setting is quite small.

This should have been a harder box. Inside is a soft but sturdy foam. Could have been better
