Not Reliable & After Sales Service Sucks
It was ok to start with, after a year it started giving problems, had to call the company multiple times before someone comes to check what the problem is, after a year the sensor malfunctioned causing total battery usage in 2 days, the lock died 3 times while I was outside and had to jump start with a powerbank, it is not reliable at all, I had the sensor repaired after paying ₹2400 and in 3 months same problem appeared again, also one day my maid opened tried opening the door & the lock malfunctioned opening a locked door. In the end after multiple times calling Ozone, I decided to throw it away for a Qubo lock

Worst biometric lock ever. Jeopardised my kid's safety.
I bought this unit and in two months, it's started malfunctioning.Today, my infant was locked inside the room, crying and we could not get access to him despite using the fingerprint reader and unlock code multiple times. Every single time, the lock would chime "unlocked" and but would stay locked.Ultimately, we had to break the door to gain access to our infant who was in a bad state by then.Do you really want to trust the safely and well-being of your family to such a company selling this device?

Easy to set up
The product is really nice and easy to set up. You can add setting is juts few clicks. Just the soeaker volume is low and it can be increased
