36 x 36 in LED Bathroom Silvered Vanity Makeup Mirror with Touch Button, Anti Fog, Dimmable (N031-E)

When I received the package I was happy, box was intact, looked like it came pristine ready for install.Before I go into this review any further, quick history of how I came about this product.I’m a construction work, saw this mirror on my clients home, loved it, so I ask info on where to get it. Got a link to this product so I made the purchase.Upon opening the product the glue that holds the mirror to the frame was loose and ungluing from the frame.I thought why not get a heavy duty glue from Home Depot to put it together. But further inspection, everything about this product is cheaply made, not worth the 500 dollar price tag.The glue holding this heavy mirror doesn’t seem sturdy enough to be held by its brackets, and I felt it was a BIG hazardous, especially because I have kids. Cheap glue and heavy mirror seems like a recipe for disaster.The fogger looked cheap(it’s a piece of white paper on the back), the LED look like they got from a 2 for $10 dollar deal, it’s not bright enough, speakers sound like they’ll burst after a month of play. Not to mention the very small electrical connections you’ll make to your wirings, looked like they got from a cheap toy.Unfortunately I returned it because it looked like they spent 80 dollars to make it and sell it for 500. I’m sorry but I will NOT be recommending this product to anyone. Dangerous and cheap.

BHBL 36 x 36 In Horizontal and Vertical LED Bathroom Silvered Mirror with Touch Button (N031-E) My daughter loved the mirror/light, but it quit working after a little over a year and a half of use. The light would turn on then flicker then go out. I tried replacing the LED driver, but there is a brass looking connector encased in clear hard plastic for the negative wire. I tried going through this piece, but same thing the light turned off after 20 seconds. So, I bypassed the brass looking connector and the light will just flash a moment when I turn it on. So, I am now in the process of trying to remove the clear hard plastic to connect new negative wires. Anyone know what this brass type connector is? I have the right LED driver just no idea what this connector does. It apparently regulates V, A or W's. Thanks

Perfect size for us. Really putting it to good use … from daily glancing to starting into it! We have received many compliments on it too.Love the Bluetooth feature. I listen to my music as I shower or get ready for the day. Lighting is adequate for us! Enjoy the dimmable feature as it can be used as a night light if needed! We have yet to use the anti-fog feature so can’t say much about that. It was installed by my husband with our sons help to pick it up for placement since it is a big mirror and quite heavy .. better with two person assist!So far so good for the price compared to other that I searched. Others were more expensive with same features and were the same size!

Do not buy this product, it’s not worth the aggravation of doing so many returns. They arrive broken or inoperable! Received one that didn’t work, one that was shattered, and one that is scratched. Gave up and kept third one even though it was damaged. They made me reorder after second return and I’m still waiting on the credit even though UPS picked up both damaged mirrors on 11/22, it’s now 12/14

Very modern and clean and glam. A good solution for me because, with a slanted mansard wall, it would have been difficult to fit a mirror and side sconces, and I don't like the light that above mirror sconce lamps provides. Only slight downside is that the miorror's lighting is more blue-white than I like - would prefer more pink-white. Please note that the mirror alone will not be enough light - I have a window and inset ceiling lights over the toilet and shower.

After about a month the light flickers and won’t stay on

It's a nice style but the main issue is that it doesn't put out much light. More decorative than useful. Specs say 4800 lumens, which should be the equivalent of six 60 watt light bulbs (VERY bright). I'd be surprised if it put out 1/10 of that. Maybe I don't understand how lumens work, but even if that's the case, putting that spec in is misleading since most people believe higher lumens = brighter.Other issues is shown in the pic. There are small black splotches embedded in the glass around the edge. About 5 areas in each mirror. A small detail but when you get such a slick looking mirror, you expect it to look slick.

I love it! Installed it myself. Not difficult. I turn the light low for a night light. Very pleasant.

I was a little nervous ordering such an expensive item with average ratings. I'm very happy with the mirror. It arrived in a very solid wood shipping box with more foam packing inside. Mounting instructions were clear and easy and wiring was simple. I'm not sure why people have been unhappy in the past. I have zero complaints. Light is quite bright (not bright enough if the only light in the bathroom), bluetooth works, and the mirror looks great. I've uploaded some photos for future buyers.

I love the mirror. The brightness of the LED is perfect. The Bluetooth option is a great feature but best of all is the service level. I had some minor issues and the customer service reached out immediately and rectified the issue. You don’t find this level of service anymore. Would shop with them again

Initially I would’ve given a 3 stars for this product because of some issues I had when I received it. The seller quickly responded and resolved all the issues. Because of that I will give 5 stars.The mirror itself is good a wow factor! Only thing is, I thought there would be a clock included but seems there aren’t any. The speakers itself works great other than the bass quality. The light dims if you hold it which is good because the mirror is so bright I probably didn’t need my pot lights. I’m in the middle of renovating so installing it was not as hard but it’s definitely a two person job.Overall this mirror is pretty worth it if you want a wow factor in your bathroom!

The mirror is easy to hang, is hard-wired into the electrical wires. The LED light adds that extra light to the bathroom (we also have a ceiling light) The defogger and dimming light option work great. Very happy with this purchase.

Very nice, extremely easy to install. One of the beat seller. Very cooperative. The light works fine.
