This was a ridiculous waste of money and not even worth returning as it was not expensive. My husband had cataract surgery and could not get eye drops in his eyes (4x per day). We thought this was the solution. No way! The rubber legs were so flimsy that he kept poking his eye with the stand. We tried all kinds of things to get this to function right and we finally threw it in the trash. On a side note, my cat fetched it out of the trash & played with it for a while. I guess on the bright side, it was a cheap cat toy for a while.

No instrucrions of cleaning or sterilizing it. I am just washing and soaking it.. works okay if you are careful with it.

it does relieve my eyesI use it at work (office, 8 hrs in front of a computer) as I already have bit dry eyes. Its easy to use, fast and it does relieve my eyes.
