I got this for the lower protien count as well as the zero sugar. Loving the taste, smell and ease of use. It mixes in well with water or milk. I grabbed this in sale so it was great value. I am very happy with my purchase

This protein powder has become my go-to because it keeps me feeling full without packing in a ton of protein or calories. It’s light, easy on the stomach, and doesn't seem chalky like so many protein powders. I like that it gives me that satisfied, “I’m good until my next meal” feeling without weighing me down.

What I receive says 2 scoop serving size for 100 calories. What shows above is one scoop for 100 calories. If the photo above is wrong and the information on the package is correct please update the photos as serving size and calories matter to your target customers also for protein count. I saw a complaint about mixing and that can be an issue. I tried to have it in my coffee and it wouldn't mix properly. But I quickly discovered that a milk frother for coffee mixes it very well and pretty quickly with no sediment. I mix with almond milk and it's delicious. I have some every day.

It’s the only brand I know that makes a 100 cal protein shake. The others are just too fattening.
