Good product
I have some arthritis and don't take medications so I wanted to try it for that and also I don't drink milk so. It is so far a good thing. No complaints. I think my skin is getting the most out of it and my hair. Skin looks more youthful and my hair is growing fast. It has help the arthritis. I don't have a lot of arthritis yet but so far I do see an improvement . I will continue to take it. Ive taken it almost 1 month and I am satisfied with the product.

Gets rid of my back pain
I am on my 4th month of this product. I bought it to get rid of back pain, which it does and to increase bone density, which it has not done yet, based upon a 12/30/2020 DEXA. This product replaces about 5 pills I was taking including Vitamin D, collagen and silica. It also has K2, but I take a higher amount. Yes, it is a $1/day but it is replacing 5 pills. No fractures, no loss of height, no on going meds. It comes in a blister pack to keep it fresher I guess. I plan on using it for another year until my next DEXA to give it a chance to increase bone density.
