Two days ago the white finger strengthener broke, actually popped, not on just one finger, but on three different fingers, (it hurt too). Each time I attempted to put on a different finger, it snapped and broke, like what happens to a rubber band that you stretch too far. Except I didn't stretch it. I have carpal tunnel and arthritis, and am too weak to have broken it. So that was disappointing. However, this is a good kit, despite the broken piece. The price is good, and the arm exerciser works as described. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to use the arm exerciser because of weak hands, but it is adjustable, and I'm able to close it more with continual use, so it's doing its job.If my finger thingie hadn't of broken I would have given this a 5. I expect items to last more than a few weeks. The vendor filled this timely and I will use them again.

Rubberband grips were cheap and tore quickly. The grip with spring is still doing great.

Cheap plastic, broke after first use

I've been very happy with the products in this purchase. As someone who works online 10hrs a day answering emails at home, my fitness life was non-existent for many years. I recently began lifting weights as a fitness regimen and quickly realized when trying to use pull-down bars on machine weights and free-weight barbells and dumbbells that my wrists were severely lacking in any mobility strength. As a result, I was finding that after every workout session, my wrists were sore and hurting. Enter NovaHeal's Performance pack. After reading the reviews, I purchased the bundle. Though my initial shipment had an small issue, I spoke to their support team and they were VERY fast in resolving the issue.I now use the finger extenders bands and forearm exerciser anytime I'm in between answering emails in my home office. The ball is perfect to alleviate any stress from emails or also sore-forearms from building the muscle up. After 2 weeks of regular use with the NovaHeal Arm Performance pack, I no longer have sore wrists when lifting weights and I feel stronger and have added definition to my forearms. They include a pamphlet inside with real pictures to suggest different ways to use the performance pack exerciser equipment, and I've thoroughly enjoyed the change-up in methods to build muscle. Would recommend this to anyone.

This is a great kit that meets all my requirements in exercising my forearm and grip strength. Other kits sold on Amazon do not have the multi faceted muscle target groups you find with the pound adjustable hand grip, variable resistance finger bands, and soft squeeze ball.This kit is great for beginners and experienced individuals looking to enhance their grip and fore arm strength.As a beginner competitive boulder/rock climber I would highly recommend this product.My only suggestion is including a little drawstring bag to carry all the great products in.Thanks!

This is a nice set to work on increasing hand and forearm strength. I keep them in my desk at work and use them throughout the day. Its a great deal and i can already feel them working.
