These have become very popular and a lot of sellers are selling whatever they can get a hold of. As you can see the trimmer on the right is the one pictured and described. Two different times I have received the wrong ones and at this point I’m just going to give up. If you get the correct trimmer they are awesome and will exceed your expectations but the wider ones will most surely disappoint. It’s unfortunate that it is so easy to become a seller on Amazon. It’s kind of shocking that Amazon allows this misleading info/product on there site. I use to feel that you were sort of guaranteed a certain quality if you purchased through Amazon. If you have all the time in the world to mess with returns and can eventually get what is pictured then these are worth it. SO INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED:-(

I don’t know why people are giving this product a bad wrap. I love this device. As a cancer patient, I would cut my hair proactively and hope that my treatments didn’t get to me too badly. The battery does what it should do. Lasts for a long time and cleaning it was very easy. Get it and ignore the naysayers. They’re probably just using it wrong

I will say it wasn’t a good experience for me I sent the first one back because it sliced my hair line and the second one arrived broken… buyer beware.

I was super excited about these to have as a spare for home. When it came, it wasn’t even aligned correctly and one side was sharp and biting. So I returned them. Didn’t have them long enough to know about battery life. They are super cute but the fact that they came defective was a bummer…
