I won’t know if these work yet until my next blood test. They are a tad large but I take seperately from other tablets or they get stuck in my throat.

On my second order now. Just about to have my annual coloestral test so time will tell if reduced my levels. Last time checked it had not increased. Best value for money when comparing other products. Time will tell if they work as advertised.

As I cannot take statins, I thought I would give them a try, but boy do they take some swallowing, I am checking package to see if I can half them. So far I have swallowed 2.

I bought this is mid-Feb 23 and have been using as directed. My aim was to lower my bad cholesterol which is slightly higher than we'd like due to genetics and my diet. I am very active, circa 12k steps a day and I got to the gym three times a week. My high protein diet means I am prone to higher cholesterol. As of 3rd September, having done a post-6 months health test, these have made Zero difference to my cholesterol- either the overall bad cholesterol or the ratio of good to bad.
