If you want to make the perfect Vietnamese beef stew, this is it. I would highly recommend this package. This is a good deal and can sometimes be hard to find at Asian food stores. I highly recommend. One package can make you several pots beef stew.

Great on ribs.
I use this on ribs, usually beef. 3 tbl of spice powder, 1/3 cup hoisin sauce, 2 tbl of chopped garlic, 2 tbl of chopped ginger. 325 degrees for about 3 hours. I love this spice mix!
