iSamson- Iodine Supplement Iodide 50 mg,180 Capsules Thyroid Prenatal Metabolism Energy Support

I have an extremely rare genetic disorder. I throw into my urine B12 an certain minerals under stressful conditions. My iodine has been so low, I have had seizures and a goiter. To set the proper dose of daily iodine, I was under the care of a RNNP who specializes in minerals in the gut. This product makes the replacement of the iodine affordable for me. The goiter is gone and low iodine is no longer a cause of seizures for me. The average person should NOT take this much iodine daily without supervision of a qualified health care provider.

Since we are using this iodine/iodide for cancer treatment I was concerned if it was indeed what it said. So I paid $80 to have it checked at a lab. I could only afford one chemical so they checked KI, or potassium iodide which was the cheaper one to check. They said a capsule contains what it says on the label.

I have been using lugols for 1 1/2 years in the liquid form and as iodoral. I switched to this because of the price, and I think from the nutrition info that this is lugols too. I felt a marked difference in my energy levels that I can only attribute to this change. I have switched back to liquid lugols

So far works as expected

I agree with Arron Rasheed that this supplement does not contain iodine. Iodine in contact with a starch, such as a slice of bread, will turn dark bluish/black. This product produces no color change while Lugol's solution turns black. The fact that Isamson has not responded speaks volumes. Please come forward Isamson and tell us why we are wrong. I would really like to know what I've been putting in my body the past 6 months.

Did not pass the starch test, it's white, tastes nothing like iodine, and doesn't seem to work. This brand is questionable, they dont seem to have a website, are not reachable. Don't waste your money
