Les seuls bouchons à un prix raisonnables qui me coupe bien du bruit. Mieux que les boules quies, à mon humble avis.

My usual supplier of ear plugs changed the foam type which rendered them useless and so after trawling blogs online I finally came across these earplugs! Work a treat. They do have a wear lifespan of a few weeks although can push a little longer. These cut out most of the annoying ambient noise but I can still hear things like my daughter call out at night so it’s good to still able to be aware of important noises!
