You can wash it off with soap and warm water or put it in the top rack of your dishwasher to clean it. The necklace dropdown length is 15 inches. This length can be shortened by separating the clasp and tying the rope shorter. Make sure to seal the ends so it doesn't fray. Please do be aware if you shorten the necklace it can not be lengthened again. It is also important to note that cutting the cord also voids the beba warranty.
