Very smooth material and extremely well made. The cut is exceptionally smooth, and doesn't pull the nail as it clips. The catch container works well, and slides to release and empty. Under the lever, there is a very nice file. It isn't rough and leaves a very nice finish to the nail after it is trimmed. I would highly recommended this product!

Tiny tiny tiny. And not so great cutting as far as I can tell. I bought it to replace a rusty generic clippers Ive veen using for years, waited 8 week for it to come from Japan, but was really disappointed. The only nail it can cut cleanly is my pinky! And I'm not a huge person.
