I’ve tried Minoxidil for a long time and it helped but I still shed quite a bit of hair. I stopped it and decided give this pumpkin seed oil a try, but to ve honest did not expect much. Three months in and my hairloss stopped completely. I take three capsules a day combined with vitamins and iron suplement. It is an amazing product.

This is possibly my first ever review on Amazon but these pumpkin seed oil capsules have been so effective for me - actually changing the quality of my life. After suffering months of post menopausal bladder urgency, key in the door syndrome, total and humiliating incontinence, pain as was peeing every 20 mins and general massive inconvenience, where GP visits and antibiotics made no difference, where any google search told me that overactive bladder syndrome is incurable and lifelong, and a friend on the prescribed NHS bladder support drugs cited horrible dry eye and headaches, I started my own research. Had tried Jude products before to little / no effect and they are so expensive but I was desperate. This time in the comments section on Jude products I saw people talking very positively about pumpkin seed oil - so I read all the reviews on Amazon and as far as I could see Jude is about 40% effective and PS Oil about 80% effective. So I took the starting dose of 3 capsules per day and after two weeks began to feel a bit better, just ever so marginally, after three weeks I was almost feeling that I could do my 30 minute dog walk without mishap and after 4 weeks I could leave the house without 3 massive Tena pads in my bag. By six weeks, what a contrast, and by 8 weeks I felt like I had the bladder of my 20 something self again. AMAZING!! Then I took a capsule a day as a maintenance dose which worked great for months but I dropped off the daily capsules due to holidays, family visits, lack or planning and my bad bladder came back again, just the beginnings of the discomfort and urgency. So I have restarted the 3 x day dose this week and it is already working for me. These are amazing and life changing and I am so grateful.

I bought these Pumpkin seed oil capsules to help with bladder problems. I have been using for over a month but personally have not noticed any difference at all 😒. I will continue to see if it improves on length of time taken. ( will update!) That said my hair is shining & my skin glowing..people keep commenting on how well I look 😊 so I may well continue for this alone 🤣 I would probably drop to one capsule per day rather than the recommended three as it works out quite expensive for 30 days supply. Seems a bit confusing as the front of the pack says 3000mg leading me to believe that I only needed to take one capsule but as the capsule is only 1000mg uou need to take three to get suggested dose The capsules are very easy to swallow there is no after taste at all. 100% non GMO. Gluten free. Dairy free & preservative free. All products are fair trade. Not suitable for vegetarians

I don't usually write reviews but so impressed with these I felt I would let others considering buying them that they have actually made a difference to me. I bought them to tackle thinning hair which I have suffered with for a very long time. I've tried every shampoo, biotin tablets etc. but nothing has worked until now. I have been using these for about six weeks and have definitely noticed a difference when I wash my hair. I'm not getting loads of hair coming out and my hair looks thicker. Although the capsules are quite big they are easy to swallow. I would recommend giving them a try.
