The packing material was atrocious. The styrofoam fragmented all over the place. I had to unpack it in my garage. You also have to be careful about assembling it properly to make sure that the touch switch works properly. However the assembly is not difficult and lights work perfectly afterwards.

Received this lamp set recently. Assembly was a snap. Put the recommend type A (3 way)LED bulbs into them and plugged in. Did not work as a three way and it seemed to be on the lowest wattage. After an hour, one of the lamps would not turn off by touch. I had to unplug the lamp. Applied for a return and it was approved but it would cost $65 to have them packed(over half the original cost) as the original boxes were not re-usable.Too much of a hassle to return so I will just pitch them out
