SOLARAY Women's Golden Multi-Vita-min Capsules, 90 Count

Solaray's Women Golden is a great multi-vitamin. My wife has been taking it for years. She won't be without it.

I like that this vitamin is packed with minerals...I have noticed an increase in energy and my hair, nails, and eyelashes seem stronger and fuller. I highly recommend this product to become a part of your health and wellness regimen...

These are my go to vitamin brand and I love that I can get them delivered to my door.

The best thing about these capsules is that they are easy to swallow! A lot of daily vitamins are horse pills. I trust Solaray and I have not been disappointed. I experience no digestive trouble or stomach upset from taking these, and I think they are responsibly "loaded" with trace elements to help assure that over zealous consumers don't take too much of the small stuff (like zinc, copper, manganese, etc) within a day. All the same, do be careful of those trace elements: you need them, but they are heavy metals. You can exceed the RDA with a pretty good safety margin, but always keep a wary eye on overloading, if you take a lot of supplements. These vitamins do contain soy and don quai, but not a whole lot. Again, these are supplements often overused. Overall, for a person who doesn't use a lot of supplements, these are a good choice for middle-aged women.

I actually have my own mix of vitamins that I put together, but when I get lazy and don't feel like taking 15 pills, this blend perfectly meets my needs.
