great product to refine jumpshot form
I have used this with my nephew to help get more consistency on his jumper. it helps to keep the elbow in, which straightens out your shot. Use it a couple times a week and you develop the muscle memory for a consistent shot. Would recommend this to coaches to help make tweaks to players form if they tend to let their elbow drift out wide while shooting. Great product.

too restrictive
COMPLETE BS! You basically have to make it tight so there is enough pressure to keep your elbow in, but tightening it causes resistance to your shot (screws up shot).If you have an iPhone or iPod touch, save your money and download Shooter Tutor ([...]). It does the same thing as Shooting Buddy, but without using resistance. And it's free.
