The flavor is amazing!
This soy sauce is great. The smell has a strong, but not overpowering, garlic aroma. It tastes like soy sauce with a subtle garlic flavor. It doesn't seem to be as salty as generic soy sauces. The bottle is also pretty nice with an interesting pour restrictor. It is pricey for soy sauce, but if you don't douse your food with it, it's worth it.

Amazing flavor
Well crafted. If you are into soy sauce you know you can spend a lot more money, but this has a great flavor for a great price. The black garlic is subtle, but there. It's not overly salty. Great on rice, great in marinades. Buying again.

Great flavor
On my third bottle, less salt more flavor, black garlic flavor not too strong. Comes in a nice clay bottle with a dispenser in the spout so it doesn't all pour out at once.

It’s delicious!
I was surprised to see this product on Amazon as cheap as it was. My local specialty grocery store charges nearly $40 a bottle for this same exact product, brand and all. Product came in good condition and unspoiled. Already used a fair amount in a delicious beef jerky marinade.

Bottle lid cracked
Shoyu is good, but bottle cap was cracked. Was a gift, so not sure on the rating.

Fantastic!!
Well packaged. No issues with leakage as some reviews indicated. Mine came in bubble warp and the lid had the plastic seal around it.Excellent taste that’s not overpowering with garlic. - I like garlic. It’s was subtle but yet present.The bottle has a mechanism to prevent drips and also to restrict the pour (don’t get too aggressive with the pour.)
