I bought this to stand up in my drawer as pictured in its upright position. I couldn't figure out how to connect the snaps but my daughter did; that part was too complicated for me to do each day so I use it book-fashion which is fine and it holds all the long brushes I have a well as many tools and supplies like lipstick and liners that are long and thin. Even holds a thin eyeshadow palette. Very helpful to me in keeping my makeup drawer organized.

I got this brush case as a dupe for the mykitco big brush buddy.This brush case for the price it is, it’s good. I’m a makeup artist with lots of brushes so I didn’t want to spend too much money on a simple brush case.Overall this is a good enough bag for the cost.Pros•affordable•spacious•Ok nylon material•sturdy strapCons•acrylic inserts are VERY fragile ( I re assembled it after doing it the first time for an unboxing video and some parts of the side inserts broke off, even though I was being gentle.

I travel often and have struggled with packing my cosmetics and brushes. This is the perfect case, sturdy, and well designed for brushes and compacts. I own two so I can wash when needed.
