体重計が壊れたので買い替えで購入しました。大満足というか体重計で、こんなことまで出来るのかという驚きでした。商品説明にもありますが、専用アプリで体重の推移見れます。とにかく設定が簡単です。国内メーカーの商品を以前買った時は設定が面倒過ぎて、色々機能は付いてるんですが結局体重見るだけになりましたが、こちらアプリインストールして3分もあれば設定完了です。こちらメーカーの製品を追加で購入しようかと検討中です。

体重計は乗れば電源が入ってすぐに測れるし、アプリとの連動もストレス無しで使えています。今の所不便は感じていません。買って良かったです。

TLDR: really great scale! Has helped me in reaching my fitness goals and giving me a good indicator of whether I’m on the right track or if I need to make adjustments in diet or exercise! 7/5 stars!I love this Etekcity scale!! The app has a fantastic UI and is full of so many useful data points I never had access to before. It also does a great job at explaining what each metric means and how you should interpret it depending on your fitness goals.On top of that, the app even includes some tips and recommendations for reaching your goals, such as amount of calories you should eat, the macronutrient breakdown of those calories, and the frequency and type of exercise you should perform to help meet your goals. I was doubtful that this information would be very accurate, so I calculated my BMR, macros, and calories for an effective lean bulk and it was all spot on!While I can’t say how truly accurate this scale is, that’s besides the point. The point is, it is consistent with its measurements so you can track your own progress. At the end of the day, I don’t care about what my exact muscle mass or body fat percentages are. I care about whether they’re going up or down in the direction I want over time, so I know whether to make adjustments to my routine or continue what I’m doing!

My issue with this scale is I wanted a consistent scale, I could live without the bells and whistles of my scale predicting my metabolic age and visceral fat.. l just wanted a scale that will tell me “ you good.. or get off I can’t breathe”. The Bluetooth only stayed connected when I activated the scale so all those nice readings weren’t available with it off. But the kicker of the constant reminders to “ check in “ so I can get 10, 20 cents off future purchases through the company was pretty annoying. I returned the scale but it was more of an overkill product for me then a basic this is your weight..

I know my approximate weight, and the scale was accurate with this. Every other measurement was completely wrong. I'm 5'7" with a 31" waist and you can see my abs, so I'd estimate by body fat is around 9-10%. Scale said my BMI is 25% and body fat is 20%. These are flat out wrong. Also calculated my biological age at 52. Again, this is flat out wrong as I've used a biological age test (94% accuracy ) that's based on extensive and recent bloodwork that gives my biological age as 42. I didn't expect medical grade accuracy from a $30 scale but I expected more than completely wrong on 12 of 13 measurements. Only gave it 2 stars because the actual bodyweight was correct. Overall crap.👎🏻
