the book is nice, it provides good guide for LLC, yet you will need to have further guides.it will provide you the path, based on your decisions you made about what type of business you are getting into.

A worthwhile read on the subject. Could do without their trying to get you to go to their website for (pay) assistance on forming one. It is clear enough if you read the book on how the info can be adopted for your to form your own LLC I believe. It does point out the similarities between an S-Corp and LLC where your finances are concerned (which was a bit surprising since I had thought that an LLC was essentially a sole-proprietorship in all regards with the exception that you get Limited Liability...however your finances should be treated as if the LLC is a separate legal entity just like a corp...so that is insight of many you will gain from this book.

This might suit your needs but "LLCs for Dummies" is nearly a magnitude more thorough. You should just get "LLCs for Dummies".

We just formed our LLC and this book helped me a lot. This books makes me want more of Anthony Mancuso's books. I highly recommend to anyone interested in LLC information.

This book provided the necessary information and good resources to gain my confidence with trying to start an LLC. The NOLO online free resources, guides and learning topics are an excellent read.

Does exactually what it set out to do. Easy reading style. Has a great appendix in back of book.The book worth the price

Good book, but not enough information about taxation.There is no example of an operating agreement. For those who just getting started.
