I was surprised that these work very well - I expected to be sending them back. I write software and can lay on my back with my knees up and my laptop propped on my lap and I can see to write code. Amazing to be able to lay down instead of slumped over my desk. I use reading glasses and you can just fit these over my glasses but for now I took the lenses out of an cheap pair of reading glasses and taped them over the prism and it works. I have not tried other brands but these have a reasonable field of view to be almost like looking directly at my screen. I have also used them to read a newspaper and again it is not a lot different to looking directly at the paper - this size of the image and text are unchanged. I recommend.

But turns out they're absolutely incredible.Allow me to lie back to keep spine straight and myself extremely comfortable while lying down reading in bed or sat fully reclined on the sofa while watching TV or reading.Just keep your fingers off the prisms and keep them sparkling clean and you'll have a wonderful time with them. Even managed to use them comfortably while wearing prescription specs.

There are several issue with this item:1- The item arrived broken, I guess most likely it is returned Item that has been resold!2- The sizes are not even close to what is advertised in the photos. In photos, it shows 5.51 inches but in that, I attached photo, it shows the real size of around 4 inches!3- The other misguiding is they said in Q&A that it can be used with normal glassed but with any size, it is not possible to use it with normal glasses.4- The other issue is the periscope size is so thin on Z-axis that you can see only and very small area.5- The last issue that I found is due to the reflective coating at top of the periscope you see the reflection of other angles twice in a small area, and absolutely wrong design. I showed the reflection in last photo with arrows

I recently had to lie flat on my back for 8 days and nights (toilet and meal breaks excluding). I bought these glasses so that I could watch TV whilst in that position.They work fine although I did start to get eye strain after a while so I wouldn't recommend watching a 10 series box set back to back.The only issue I have is that the description says to pick your size carefully and go for the large size if wearing spectacles. I couldn't find anywhere to select a size and would have liked a slightly larger size than the pair I received.Having said that, they were ok to use.
