Bought these for my 9 year old niece she is currently training on Taekwondo and was looking to practice at home. The hand pad fits my adult XL hand and the forearm pads are great for working punch / kick combos.I'm hoping these help her advance in her career of Mixed Martial Arts.

Used 4 times already with my Muay Thai pal here, not exactly lightweights, we are both around 6 ft and weigh 180-220lbs with a few years of experience already; these pads are more than enough for beginners, amateurs ok and even good for pros who need something handy to bring as an extra pad option just in case. They seem to keep up with the power well, will see how long they last but the pics are taken after 4 intensive sessions with many series of combos; hand pads are good too, we used them but I just prefer the kick pads for all combos as we can throw at 100% w/o concens.

I've been around the block and used all sorts of pads. These aren't as heavy as the nice pads we use at the gym. The material definitely feels cheap. I am not sure they would hold up to adults who are really kicking/punching. But I bought these for my kids (under 12) and they are perfect. Surprised at how good they are for the money. I think they would work fine for a beginner or weak adult but you will outgrow them pretty quickly if you start doing proper kicks. First they aren't as heavy so they won't absorb as much for the pad holder and the straps will fall apart from a strong kicks over time. But given the price its a pretty good deal.

Purchased this pad kit to assist with the training my wife and I are doing. They seem to work fairly well but do feel a little bit on the cheaper side. I picked these for sparing with my 11 year old. She is able to work with full force and no other pads (no need of the dojo sparing, leg or hand pads) against this set. Her hands and legs are not in pain after a 20 minute sparing set. I may be a little sore, but that's just me being old 😀

Great for young martial artist just starting or even at an intermediate level. I use them to train my two boys, 8 and 13, and have found them to be durable and effective. Note that an adult with a large hand would not be able to use the focus (punching) mitts.

Got this for my wife for her birthday. She loves it! Great exercise for the entire family as the kids are into punching and kicking too! So far it is holding up well, but it has only been a month. The quality seems to be good, and my wife says they feel just like the ones she used in her kickboxing class a couple of years ago.

I can’t speak to durability because I haven’t had them that long, but so far…they are great.
