This lip plumper is the first I have tried that actually works on my lips. I have spent a lot of money on other alleged lip plumping lip glosses but none of the other ones I have tried have worked better than a regular $3 lip gloss.In fact, you can achieve the exact same effect as most of these alleged lip plumping lip glosses by using a regular lipstick/lip gloss on specific locations on your lips (check out videos online, if you don't want to spend the extra money).This lip plumper is more expensive than all the other lip plumping products I have tried. What's more, when I first saw it on Amazon, there was only one 1-star review for this product. But I checked out the original (English) site for this brand, and the description and reviews on the original site made me decide to try it out.Don't expect a miracle. Probably only injectable fillers can create a significant (and lasting) difference in lip size. But this product clearly does help plump your lips. In my experience, it only lasts a few hours before you need to reapply it, though.

Really love the delivery method. Great for moisturizing not sure about plumping. Expensive.

I did not find this product to be plumping or moisturizing, sadly. I followed the directions to a T, and when I removed it my lips were not any plumper & bits of my lip skin had peeled off as well. It did not cause any tingling or burning, as stated. I’m not sure that there’s much product in the tube, because after trying it out twice it takes forever to twist more product onto the applicator. Hope it works out better for others, though I’m not sure why it would if it did not work for me.

Directions: Twist base and prime the precision brush, then apply treatment over lip area. Wait 5 minutes and remove excess before applying lipstick on top.I ordered this with low expectations because I don’t believe in lip plumpers. They are marketing gimmicks to me. Since I am receiving this through the Amazon Vine program it didn’t hurt my pocket to try. Maybe I’ll be proven wrong. Well… I tried it and I don’t think it’s worth $35. If this was sold at a cheaper price and marketed as a nourishing lip serum or lip mask then I wouldn’t have rated it so harshly. It just looks like I applied clear gloss (low-shine type) or Vaseline. At least this product doesn’t cause any burning or pain. It’s non-sticky and unscented. The built-in lip brush applicator might not be hygienic but I like it (although takes a lot of twists to get product out).In general, lip plumping effects are temporary and must be reapplied many times a day. However, this brand claims their volumizing effect lasts up to 4 days! It also claims that the clear serum delivers up to 12 hours of hydration. “From the first use, lips will be more defined with reduced signs of fading, and colour is dramatically enhanced.” I’m sure there are some truths to their claims (if I am fasting), but we would need a microscope to see the results. If we put aside pregnancy, medical conditions, and lip fillers/injections, the only time our lips are obviously enlarged is when we are swelling from an irritation or allergic reaction. Budget-friendly lip glosses with high shine already provide an illusion of volumized lips so we do not need to buy expensive lip plumpers.Overall, this was overpriced and underwhelming. It did not deliver on all of its promises. However, the product itself is not bad. The consistency/texture feels nice like a gel. It just needs to be cheaper and marketed differently. It’s comfortable to use and nourishing so I’ll continue using this as an overnight lip mask instead. My lips stay moisturized all the way ‘til morning.**My upper lips/Cupid’s bow might appear bigger in the post-treatment photo but I’m pretty sure that’s just a coincidence. My lip shape varies due to camera angle and the pursing of my lips. This did nothing to plump my lips. Would not recommend.

I'm not entirely sure about plumping to make your lips look bigger, but it definitely does something. The claim is that it plumps your lips without the tingly feeling that most plumpers give and that it's results last up to 4 days. I have noticed that when I use this, my lips seem more moisturized and smoother (less wrinkles) for a few days. I'd say the less wrinkles or whatever are the extent of the plumping, but for me that's enough to impress me. The only issue I had with this is the way it's dispensed. You click the bottom and the plumper comes out of the middle of the brush. Which wouldn't be awful except sometimes it doesn't want to come out right away and one click too many will have it coming out all over the place.
