Will the bowl keep the water warmer even when the outside temps are above freezing?

No, the thermostat in it seems inactive above freezing.

It worked for 4-months & now dont work !

Over priced junk - go to a farm supply store where you can buy a superior quality bowl at the same price.

How easy is it to clean the bowl? How long is the cord on the 1 quart model?

The cord is 5 or 6 feet. I use an extension cord and just bring the bowl in the house to clean it out by hand in the kitchen sink
