C-Lite by CREE Lighting

got these for kitchen .1)these are bright white, my wife wanted me to paint but these make a cleaner brighter light, like sun coming in. now she says everything looks brighter / fresher. so I don't have to paint id give a million stars for that2)they stay much cooler then the regular flood lights, my kitchen has 5, between the oven and lights kitchen would get real hot.3)they work fine with my dimmer, no noise no grief. I don't know what brand dimmer I have but it is atleast 15 yrs old4)cheaper here then hd, fast free ship with prime, win win5) should last for years so in long run good for wallet and environment6) also the are larger the original flood lamps, so they look better big bulb fits hole. the other bulbs looked good but seeing these installed its a overall more appealing sight.

Very nice looking LED and solid build quality.I've been using CREE LEDs for things from car interior lighting to simple light fixtures and have never had any issues with them so far.I guess the only sad thing is these were installed in recessed areas so no one will ever see how nice the finish actually is on it.Note: If you plan to put them in a garage do not put them near or install them in the garage door opener as with most LED's they give off small amounts of EMI around the 300hz range which is right around the same frequency as most garage door remotes.There are specific LEDS for those which I have used and work fine (Though they are expensive)Genie LEDB1-R Led Garage Door Opener Bulb

50% of them failed within three months. Now the rest have failed (June 2017). CREE tried to blame the dimmer. The dimmer is on their approved list and the dimmer manufacturer says these will work with CREE bulbs. Switched to GE LED dimmable bulbs -- zero issues.

I purchased these as a replacement for my current Cree Led bulbs, which I had purchased 18 months ago. When 1 burned out, I thought it was a fluke. Their claim on the packaging is that these bulbs will last for 22+ years...haaaa. I was slightly triggered that I had to buy a set of three, as I couldn't imagine replacing these for at least the next 5 years. Wrong. 1 by 1 these suckers are burning out. As a bonus, this particular set makes an unwanted buzzing noise.

These are OK, but like others have mentioned, when used on a dimmer switch, they buzz a little bit. Using the bub in a light that is not on a dimmer switch over the kitchen sink does not buzz. I'll probably give the other two bulbs away to someone at work.

Not dimmable! They make a humming noise if used in a dimmable fixture.I thought they were the same model sold in Home Depot, but these are a cheaper version that make a humming noise. And I didn't use them until after the return period was over. So I am just a very unhappy customer with 6 bulbs:-(

Makes the room look a bit blue and dull actually. Flicker when dimmed very low at all. Would not buy these again and kinda wished we didn't buy them as all.

Nice looking bulb and lighter than most. Cree has the name but these do whine with my dimmer even though the dimmer is on the preferred list.
