I heard from a colleague about the positive outcomes he has had with his patients for plantar fasciitis (foot pain) and back pain and I decided to give it a try! I absolutely love the mat and the pillows, I use them almost daily right before bed. Very relaxing and I tend to not want to get up after my 15 mins is up. The rings it comes with are awesome as a fidget tool and I carry one with me everywhere! As a healthcare provider I know there is not much research into these, but I personally love it for myself and my patients.

Easy to use anytime anywhere, feeling relaxation after each use

OK, my husband cut his finger on this mat when I showed it to him, and he’ll never even try it out. But I love it. I started out kind of wimpy, using the enclosed cloth to shield my back. Then I got braver and lay on the mat full on bare back. It hurts for a minute or two, then it just feels good. I try to meditate while I lie on this mat, and find than 15-20 minutes goes by in a flash. I’m just starting to try out the pillows. The 2 acupressure rings are kind of useless — broke the first time I put them on my fingers. But the reason I bought this package was for the mat, so whatever. I can’t imagine that the Shaktu mat at more than twice the price would be any better than this one. Seems they both use the same type of plastic disks.

I stand on this mat in the evenings and it’s so great for my feet. It is painful at first, but the acupressure points really wake up the nerves in your feet. After just 5 minutes, I am left with tingling nerves in my feet and it helps to alleviate the pain and nerve discomfort I feel in my feet in the evenings.

My finance's job consists of constant lifting and has issues with his back muscles becoming inflamed and causing pain. Since we purchased this mat, he lays on it every night for about 20 minutes and it has helped him tremendously. He rarely takes anti-inflammatory meds now!!! Love it!

This thing is amazing….. I can feel relief after only a few days using it.

I am 5’3. Just received this as I wanted to get a full length mat to replace the one I have that’s falling apart. This one does not begin to even provide “ full length “ advertised even with the pillow.

I used the mat and neck pillow together for about 20 minutes and it didn’t hurt during use although was a bit uncomfortable …. But the next morning I was in an incredible amount of pain … two days in has subsided a bit but still very sore …. Not sure how I feel about this yet …. Will check back in a couple of days from now. Giving a 1 right now but may change later.
