I go to a Chiropractor/Clinical Nutritionist who practices Applied Kinesiology (muscle testing). Years ago, after her normal routine of testing me, she tested me with a sample this Internal Sweep. It came up that my body would strengthen using this stuff. She had been working for some time to get to the bottom of a number of digestion tract difficulties that I was experiencing. She recommended this along with the Paranix, and the Klenz Tea that I would normally buy as a kit. I told her I was more than a bit skeptical. She told me to buy the book: Dr. Jensen's Guide to Better Bowel Care. I did! I saw it there in words and in pictures! And I learned! Like the lion in the Wizard of Oz says: "Ain't it the truth! Ain't it the truth!" I have done a few cleanses since then, with surprisingly very good results, but especially the first. Now I always have some on hand and take some for a week or so just for maintenance, just to keep things going. I don't want to return to where I was.

Seriously, who thought it would be cool to place the scoop that's included for measuring doses of the product at the very bottom of the container, so that the entire container must be dumped out in order to fish it out and use it? Really, you should stop doing that. It's pretty dumb.Because the product is good, I'm only removing one star.

This is similar to Dr. Natura's product, but better. It has more ingredients and added probiotics, AND is 4oz heavier too! I purchased this fiber, their tea, and the parasite eliminator. It is an EXCELLENT system that I will absolutely be back to purchase yearly. I didn't know I needed this cleanse as I did it last almost 2 years ago. I honestly feel like a new person on day 3.In the past, I have tried other products that were "best sellers" on amazon that were "oxy" products. It was extremely painful and produced an immediate urgency to use the facilities where there was then an explosion of liquid ass that followed leaving me tethered to the toilet all day. This product is NOT a quick "oxy" cleanse. It is daily and much milder. but extremely effective. This will not leave you crying on the bathroom floor in pain or crying because you have to clean it..

Delivery was delayed.I tried this product approx 20 years ago...worked extremely well.I have bloating...this product, along with the capsules has helped. You will eliminate all kinds of weird looking creatures that resemble jelly fish, slugs, and large blobs. Take a look/see, you will be amazed or grossed out. Better out than in.I am pleased. I did recommend to several.

Recommended to me by my naturopath MD for IBS/constipation... I didn't care for this product. I think fiber products are not good for me because they'll all increase gas and bloating, which I already struggle with. I gave this a good trial, finished half the container, but chucked the rest in the trash. Now I take nightly magnesium for constipation and the occasional handful of prunes as needed- much better IMO.

BEST CLEANSE & DETOX product on the Market!! Over the years I must have used Internal Sweep + KlenzTea at least a dozen times for routine colon cleaning/detox. But, I use this like clock work when I travel. I start using Internal sweep on the first day of my travel and stop a few days after I come home. This keeps me from getting bloated and constipated. Unfortunately when Pizza is the only options at the airport or at lunch meetings, I drink a glass of water with just a little bit of (1/4 spoon) of Internal Sweep powder. I know pizza is almost empty calories, but I feel like I had a wholesome meal after I drink Internal Sweep. And the best part is no heart burn. I love this stuff.

When i got this i see that it says it contains dairy. Im super upset because it didnt say this in the ingredients but it says it on the bottle. Will be returning this immediately. Can people just make a product with no animal products please.Signed a pissed off vegan

I have been using this product off and on for the last 10 years. Now that I am older, I use this on a regular basis to clear my bowels. It's works like a charm. It is the best product for me for colon health. I LOVE IT! Everyone should use this product for 30 days a couple times a year in my opinion.
