So far so good! I am already sleeping better. I hit my sleep goal two nights in a row within this first week. I've never done that on nights I have to commute since I moved here. I haven't tried taking it in the day time, because I worry it might make me sleepy. But at night I take some other stuff that I think mixes with it and ends up helping me a lot. I don't think I'm grinding my teeth as much, either, because I'm not waking up as sore.

For as long as I can remember I've been one of those people whose mind goes into overdrive when I put my head on the pillow and try to sleep--it can take hours for me to fall asleep. As part of my sleep hygiene (yep, that's the official name for that), I wanted to get off of caffeine (after noon) and reduce any alcohol that might be interfering with my ability to get rest (yes, I was THAT serious about fixing my sleep problem)...I purchased the cherry flavored pure Just Relax after reading the ingredients. I've had magnesium before, so I knew to start with only a single serving and ease my way into the product. Result? It works. Great sleep. not kidding. I'm on my second jar. Even better? I put the same scoop that they recommend for a 6oz glass of water into a 16 oz go cup, and I also put that same scoop into my 32 oz big mug to sip after noon. The taste is still great. I h-a-t-e artificial sweeteners, but the amount of monk fruit in this is not over done. I've been really pleased and will continue with the product. Buy some. You'll be sleeping soon.

Love this product. I have been using for a few months and has helped me to relax. I mix it in flavored seltzer and like to drink about 5pm when I am depressing over work, preparing dinner and whatever else is going on in the evening with as so call it…. The 2nd shift of the day. It helps me not want that glass of wine!

I'm only writing this review because I wish I had known this before purchasing. I got it, it was sealed, when i opened it it had Alot of black specks in it. I contacted the company. They said its normal , its the beet powder. But, considering that I've had their brand one other time and two other brands over the years that have the same exact ingredients I can tell you, there was never a black specks in the powder. When i Looked up why does beet powder turn black, it said it can be an indicate spoilage. The customer rep was nice and sent me a pic of the same product they have with the black specs in it and said its safe, But for me, since i've used this product with the same exact ingredients, i chose to throw it out and buy the Xymogen brand. I do have pics, i will try to upload it.

As someone who sometimes experiences paralyzing anxiety, trust me: THIS WORKS!! I can't say that it's going to work for everyone, but I can say that it works very well for me. I just went back to college after several years absence and have been experiencing quite a bit of stress with homework, exams, etc. But this has totally made all the difference for me. It keeps me calm, level, and I am able to concentrate. Sleep has never been an issue for me, but I do feel that I am waking up feeling more rested every morning when I take this the night before. The only note I would make to the company is that it would be great to get some other flavors to switch it up a bit. But honestly, I'm just so happy it works for me, the flavor is no big deal. Definitely recommend trying it out. If you suffer from anxiety or have sleep issues, you will definitely have some kind of benefit from this :)

It is very mild but great ingredients. Wish it were a bit less expensive so i could afford to continue purchasing. The cherry flavour is not particularly delicious - too chalky - but better than nothing, maybe?
