Capco 4220-10, 10-Inch Scimitar Knife, Stainless Steel Blade

I work as a chef in a fine dining steakhouse in Miami, these knives are used throughout the kitchen when slicing meat and other stuff, the reason I give it 5 stars is because of the value. In comparison to all of the others its more affordable and is reliable. I actually gave my first one to one of our broiler cooks, and order myself another, Ive bought two!

The knife cane in with glue residue on the wood handle and a buy one get one free sticker that makes no sence since I only got one.

Finally a knife that hold its sharpness. Excellent buy! My dad was a meat department manager. My dad would have loved this knife but he is now gone.

Great knife, every kitchen should have one.
