Received goods this morning & just unpack to make my own fruit yogurt smoothie. The product is great & easy to use, and the price is reasonable. Love it.

I really wanted to like this but there are 2 problems. First, the gasket on the cross blade is lumpy and occasionally the blender makes a weird grinding noise. It does not seem anywhere near as powerful as others have mentioned. My other main complaint is that the containers are so skinny, they are nearly impossible to clean, especially if there is anything greasy/oily. You cannot get your hand in there and even blending with hot soapy water doesn't do the trick. One big plus is that it did an awesome job grinding coffee :) So I am returning and will look for something else.

I bought this item for my daughter for one purpose : making smoothie, every morning she put fruits or vegetables,granola, yogurt and ice. And she was happy with the product until Today, a bad smell came out from it ,she stopped it right away and called me to check out what happened. To tell you the truth I am scarded to turn it on again, and I tried unsuccesfully to see if I can exchange it for another one.

I have tried a few of these, but this portable unit was the best. It does the job - good strength to the blending - and the cup sizes are perfect for either a meal replacement shake, or a workout shake.

Don't buy it unless you feel like gambling. It wouldn't work once. Absolutely dead. It couldn't be easier to set up, so it can't be that. Thanks for wasting my time. Also, contact info in box is bogus and doesn't work.

One of my favorite smoothie blender. My vitamix is #1 and this blender is my #2 would definitely recommend it blander. This is my go to blender for my smoothie in the morning.

Great product and the quality is nice but they sent me the wrong color.

This product has no chance in blending anything frozen- best for thawed or fresh fruit. It started smoking and ended up grinding down at the connection.
