Schwarzkopf LIVE Intense Colour - A Surprising Success!
I'm a bit of an adventurous guy when it comes to trying new hair dyes, and I have to say that the Schwarzkopf LIVE Intense Colour Pure Purple was a real surprise. Hair dye - blonde lightening
My hair was very dark after box dyeing it black (Clairol Nice & Easy demi permanent and LIVE colour black permanent) for around a decade. I'm naturally medium to dark brown.I wasn't expecting it to work on my hair so I decided to do it on just the ends and I was pleasantly surprised with how much the colour was lifted. It wasn't anything like the box indicated- I followed instructions to a T, however, it turned a really nice copper brown. I washed with purple shampoo after. I then used the same bleach 2 weeks later to achieve a lighter look and I am happy with the result. I may do another session in a couple of months time to lighten further. I'm happy with the product.Photo was taken after the second application

Great on brown hair
First time dying, so used on virgin undyed brown hair (see before and after images) and it turned out really well. Used the whole bottle and left on for just over 30 minutes.Super easy to apply and did not stain skin at all, nice floral smell, and comes with a good conditoner sachet. Colour is very vibrant in direct sunlight, and more midnight blue indoors.Would suggest leaving the conditoner in for at least 5 minutes and avoid washing (even with water) for the first 2-3 days to maintain as much colour as possible as some does wash out (hence 4 staes). My hair is super brittle and thin, so long conditioning was a must for me.

Brighter than it showed on the box, very impressed!
Very very bright! This is one of the darker reds Live do but it came out brighter than the others, more like a deep pink. I love it and will use this one in future. My hair brown and this took like I'd used a pre- lightener.

1. Preparation: - Always perform an Allergy Alert Test 48 hours before each time you colour, even if you’ve used the product before - Before applying your colour, cover your clothing with an old towel/cape and put on gloves provided - Apply to dry, unwashed hair 2. Mixing: - Remove applicator tip from applicator bottle - To open the sachet, cut it along the dotted line - Put the whole content of the Blond-Booster Ultra Plus Sachet (1) into the bottle - Now open the Lightening Cream Tube (2) by piercing the tube sealing with the reverse side of the cap - Squeeze the whole content of the tube into the applicator bottle - Replace the application nozzle and shake until all components are thoroughly mixed 3. Application: - Follow application process for either first-time or root regrowth application - Leave formula to develop for 30-45 minutes 4. Rinsing: - Rinse hair under warm water until water runs clear 5. Conditioning: - Apply LIVE Care Conditioner and leave in for 3 minutes - Rinse thoroughly, hair is left feeling soft and shiny The colour result will depend on your natural hair colour. The table on the back of pack provides an indication of the colour result that can be obtained with this shade. Results may vary on previously coloured hair.
