For those that say the two middle lights are stuck and the case won't charge, you may have accidentally put the phone in OTG (On-The-Go) mode. Simply double-click the power button to toggle the mode, and your charger case will be back to normal.

After being told this did not work with digital wallets from asking the public here on Amazon I needed to clarify. I contacted zerolemon and was told that it most certainly does. I use Google pay and it 100% worked today at the restaurant. I didn't even have to get it that close to the reader before it went through. You have to have the app open and the NFC icon will pulse. I'm sure it works with other popular digital wallets as it just needs the NFC to work. I do think zerolemon should put this in the info when you buy it. I couldn't find anything saying it on the online website , and I would think this would be important to people in a 2022 cash free digital world. Hope this helps!

Ok I have test a lot of battery not just phone case. ebike, scooter, solar battery, etc. Also build my own. Pretty much tittle say it all. Same as other case. I notice recently only problem these cases there are no label of which model. If I have only one okay fine but I have some. It can get confusing. I have to make labels for them myself or leave it on the phone. The battery dies over long period leaving it alone because of the circuit board, always active, maybe button. I don't know ok something drawing power. If I leave it alone for to long they die. It can be bad because they might not hold a charge again. Some do charge up again which is good. Maybe they notice already fix so it doesn't die truly. Not sure about the health. It always worry me. I should check the case if is somewhat charge every once in awhile. I really want them to fix this really. A few days they will be fine but don't leave them on the shelf for too long like months, years oh no charge it. Like all battery it just discharges itself but for these I notice its faster. Is really not company fault battery is active chemistry inside. These type case you usually use often every day or every other day thing. This is not for switching case like fashion statement or only when we are travel on vacations. I have portable battery charger left for years when I check oh still has power cool but its big. This fit the phone you don't need carry extra stuff. That why people buy it for their phone. This first time this matter has come up to be important getting tired of charging them but I own many battery not like most normal people.

Tried charging this case overnight with my phone and it never gets higher than the 3rd blinking light. Tried charging it multiple ways and have the same issue. Update: this case takes around 10-12 hours to fully charge. Much longer than what they advertise. Update as of 11 December it still won't charge properly. Update as of 31 January, it won't wirelessly charge either.

This is a great case that allows me to never have to worry about if the battery is going to die. It's very easy to hold and fits in your hand nicely. The texture is perfect, as it's soft, but still allows you to maintain a good grip without even trying. This case really gets the job done and I highly recommend it!

Good product; I don't need to charge during the day.

This battery case is just what I needed! I like the color as it matches my phone for one! I use my phone a lot while playing games and writing emails. Having to use GPS and 5G on all day long kills my battery very quickly. With this phone case I’m able to stay out even longer! Having to plug and unplug my phone every time I get out the car is such hassle! I no longer have to worry about any cords or my phone dying while I work. It's also nice to have wireless charging. I'm completely cable free with this battery pack.
