I thought that this pizza maker was great. I've been making a lot of pizzas with it and it hasn't ever failed, I'm completely satisfied with the delicious pizza it makes. The design is well thought-out, the buttons are positioned well and don't get in the way. The pizza maker felt pretty solid and durable. The rotating feature works as intended, it ensures that the pizza is cooked evenly. Not only that, but the pizza maker can also be used to make other flat foods besides pizzas. I've like the pizza maker so far and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Mine was defective. Top heating element wont work.. It didn't work out of the box...Apparently it is unfixable and a disposable product... I contacted Euro cuisine, this was their response: "Thank you for your email. The unit can't be fixed and we don't have the parts". I bought this for my son-in-law to use when the boys come over to watch hockey. He loves it, but best to try it outside first and then get used to the cooking process. It cooks on both sides, thus it is far faster than using an oven. On the other hand when you are feeding hungry men..speed in cooking is a good thing n'est-ce pas?
