The media could not be loaded. Very good throw and pressure. The quality is very good and sturdy. It's maintaining humidity of 70% plus. I have installed it with a smart timer so that the humidity is maintained for my tropical plants. It's very good

BEWARE OF AGARO PRODUCT - DONOT RECOMMEND
Do not recommend any product of Agaro. Their customer service is horrible. The log the complaint. A person them calls after 2 days asks you to send a video of the issue then ask for money to pay to buy accessories that he suggests. If you doNot pay them before then do not send a technician. They again have a technician visit charge. A fraud company. How can amy one understand any problem over video and suggest solutions. Why would anyone pay before technician visit and before technician personally come and replace the parts. Do not burn your fingers. BEWARE OF AGARO PRODUCTS

Powerful Performance but Needs Improvement in Design and Support
The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the AGARO Grand Cool Mist Ultrasonic Humidifier, and I’m impressed with its ability to deliver a large quantity of mist, which is quite unique compared to other models I've tried. It effectively maintains the humidity levels in my space and does exactly what it promises in terms of performance.However, there are a few significant drawbacks to consider. First, the customer support experience has been less than satisfactory. The product registration process does not seem to be working, and reaching out to their support team has been frustratingly unresponsive.Additionally, the design of the humidifier could use some improvements. Currently, refilling the water tank requires removing it entirely and filling it from the bottom. This process is cumbersome and can be confusing for users. A direct water inlet connected to a pipe would be a much more convenient solution, and incorporating a float valve to automatically shut off the water would be a great feature.Moreover, there’s a potential risk for damage if users accidentally fill the tank from the top. It would be helpful if AGARO included a prominent sticker or warning that clearly states “Do Not Fill Water Here” on the top of the tank to prevent any mishaps.Overall, while the AGARO Grand Cool Mist Ultrasonic Humidifier delivers excellent mist output, improvements in customer support and design could greatly enhance the user experience.

Easy to use.
Easy to install n use. Good product.I bought this product for my parents as they used to complain dry nose n itchy skin when they wake up in morning.U can fell humidity in a big room within 10 mins .

Reduced output within 40 days and bad customer service
Within just 40 days of purchase the product started malfunctioning. The ‘cold steam’ output greatly reduced and the green light started blinking. Customer service was hard to reach and once I Managed to get my complaint logged, they took 2-3 days to get back on WhatsApp and asked to explain problem and send video of the problem. It took another 3-4 days for them to call me. They said they would assign someone to it. Another 3-4 days go by and again a call to tell me that they haven’t yet assigned anyone and that it’s probably a filter problem and I have to pay for the filter and I have to pay for the technician to visit. So then what is the warranty period for if I have to pay for everything? Further they started trying to blame me for the product issue even though I explained I already have one more of the same product from long time back and it is functioning very well. They cut the call. So 0 resolution and 6K down the drain.

Its good product
Buy at your own risk. It's a good product but difficult to handle, as its 12L capacity makes it not too easy to fill water in it, it's complicated to refill.
