As long as the battery specs are the same, it should be safe to use it. However, make sure that it is the same size because sometimes batteries of same ratings are of different physical sizes.

Purchased for an old Samsung phone that I have converted to a dashcam - its on charge while in the car and seems to retain charge between uses, so don't really need to charge when I get home.

Battery does not hold a charge.

The battery doesn't hold a charge.It's fully charged, but after turning the phone on, the phone stays on 2 minutes then it shuts down. The battery is drained!Zero stars !!!

Definitely an improvement over my original battery.

Battery arrived on time. Did not look new but may have been. Arrived with a 20% charge on it. Charged it fully and let let it get down to 5 % before recharging it. Lasted about 2 days before having to recharge it again. Definitely better than the tired worn out original battery I had in my phone since 2016. So, for the money I think we did alright.
