Too short battery life and charged with smoke result... dangerous
The product was good when it arrived. I am not a heavy user that I had forget it for 2 months after ordered in Nov2022. Then charge was only 1 time a month. It was charged last week and there were smoke came out! Then it won't work again!Unfortunately I has passed the return period >,<

Too fast to be defective - but cs resolved issue promptly
The media could not be loaded. I was very happy, light weighted, easy to carry, worked as normal muscle gun, until it became defective in ONLY one month. This is my third muscle gun coz I move around different countries. I have never seen one that is SO fast to be defective. I don't recommend to buy even tho it has so called warranty

Item doesn’t work. Charger stopped working after about 4 uses. And then the bottom fell off and it fell apart. Do not buy

Lightweight massage gun.
UPDATED REVIEWThe initial product was defective. The supplier contacted me to ascertain what had gone wrong with the product and determined that the device was faulty. They replaced the unit with a working product.My mother loves the massage gun mainly because it is light weight and does what is required. Can’t praise enough the customer care from the supplier. Thank you for your prompt reply and service.

nice and comfortable; charging problem
the highest intensity is not as strong but it is a good massage gun.i’ve tried to charge it with my ipad charger but it won’t charge. make sure you have the right currency and use the wire it came with when charging it.

Rip off don't work q star because I had to
