Love it! My husky has a lot of space to lay down. I keep it in the house because it’s so nice I don’t want it to get ruined outside.

I’m using this product to house my dog in the backyard. I was ver concerned about the quality of the product when I started to take out of the box, once I began to put it together I realized what a mistake I made on purchasing this product. The roof outer lining was completely deformed so water can get inside the dog house, all the roof panel where mislabeled so you can see the number label outside the house. I don’t recommend it very low quality wood for the price and poorly detailed instructions👎

It was easy to put together however it would have gone a bit more smother if there were words in the instruction Manuel with explicit details.

The media could not be loaded. Don't let the boxes and parts discourage you...looks complicated but as soon as I got started, it was very easy. The directions were simple. I was half way done and my husband came home to finish. Large and well designed.

The house was easy to assemble, but only pictures and some parts were labeled incorrect letters. The size and appearance were as described. My tortoise loves it!

So we absolutely love the size of this for our outside dog but the entire roof and other pieces came in broke. Unfortunately we don’t have the time to go through ordering a new one because we needed it NOW. We very disappointed in the shipment of this and the fact that we had to spend even more money to fix the broken pieces. But it does look cute though. That’s the only reason I put 2 stars is that it is actually nice if the pieces show up in good condition.

I received the item and was a bit surprised at the craftmanship. The wood legs were chipped and some of the leggs had missing pieces of wood up to 1/4". Upon installing I found the back slats had a 1/4" gap in it which will allow water into the sleeping/housing area. The roof is unsturdy after install and the overlapping composite material does not stick leaving a gap between the roof pieces. This is not a $400 house and I will be happy to get a full year out of this product. I would return this item but I do not have the time to uninstall this item and bring it to a shipping outlet.
