Q: i just received this - crushed in plastic bag? what's the story with that? is this shrink wrapped?

Yes, it was shrink wrapped. Just remove from the wrapper, shake and lay flat! Wrinkles will disappear like magic. My Great-granddaughter (16, out-of-state) says it's nice and comfy!

Q: Can I iron it? It’s wrinkled!

The wrinkles fall out. Not sure about ironing.
