We bought this product to keep an eye on our new puppy while we weren't home. There was no instruction manual at all. We went onto the website to register it, figure out how to set it up, etc. and after several attempts to create a login, it wasn't recognizing our password and would no longer let us even attempt to create a new one or start over. There was no contact information on the website or any option to contact anyone for help. Again, with no instructions included, we were unable to even set it up. Meanwhile we missed the "window for return" with Amazon. So now we have a brand new camera sitting in the box that we cannot use and cannot return. AWFUL!!!!! Horrible experience.

Well, I waited too long to try and install this and now, after reading questions and reviews wished I had not bought this but cannot return it. First, cannot install from PC. PC software is only for viewing. Second, unit will not install after repeated tries. I tried using both 5 Mhz vs. 2.4 Mhz WiFi but no go. Menus on app scroll off screen and cannot be read. Doesn't matter because the camera will not install, even though it does make it's annoying periodic tone indicating it is active when plugged in. App website is all in Chinese so no help there. About the only thing this is good for is target practice.

You don't need a bunch of cameras... you can use your finger on your phone and point the camera anywhere you want... Great features.I get a snapshot sent to my phone... even if the camera gets stolen , I already have the pictures... I like that it records videos too and sound... Excellent price

What is not to love about a camera that you can set up in your home or small business and know what is going on at all times? I did purchase this for my home because I have a multi cat household and there are times during the day that I like to check in on them or night time when I am upstairs to see what is going on. This is the perfect camera for this purpose and of course security and more. Set up could not be easier as they provide you with the needed QR code to scan with your phone or a website you can directly go to if you do not have the ability to scan codes. Follow the easy set up process and you are good to go. Once you have the camera set up you can view your home from anywhere you have a internet connection and see what is going on. You have the ability to pan or tilt the camera This is an excellent tool if you have kids that are alone for the first time so that you can feel confident that they are safe and not doing things that they are not supposed to be doing. The camera also has night vision abilities so you can still see up to 32 feet away when your home is darker or dimly lite as well. The camera can sit or be mounted on a wall with the included screws and hardware. I love it for peace of mind and am very happy with the camera.

After working on this for 4 1/2 hours, it still wouldn't work, obviously defective. We shouldn't have gone the cheap route for a camera.Cannot recommend!UPDATE: Seller is having people post "Not helpful" and sending many, many emails telling me take down my honest review. :(

I like it a lot. The reason for 4 stars is I am unable to speak to my dog but the video is fine
