I wasn't sure what to expect, but I thought they were cheap enough that they were worth a try.I've been having a bit of pain in my thighs recently due to a mix of lack of activity and over-training. I've found that these stick well despite the hair on my thighs (I'm a man... I don't have forests on my legs, but there's definitely some hair!).About 0.5-1 hour later after sticking them I did notice I felt a bit of comforting heat! It definitely feels good nice and lasts for hours... not sure, definitely more than 5 hours (I still have a few more left, I'll try to pay attention to this and update here).They do have a noticeable smell. It must be the menthol. I'm partially anosmic, which messes up with smells for me, so I can't tell whether it's a good or bad smell.

I suffer from shoulder pain and lower back pain. I used to buy Salonpas patches especially for my shoulder pain. Unfortunately, they are not available any more so I tried to find something similar for mild and high pain. I found these pain relief patches with the same active ingredients which are anti=inflammatory and help to manage the pain. So far so good. A little bit stronger smell but I do not mind as long as they help to manage the pain..Some sort of tendonitis started in my right lower arm last week and I was wearing the patches for four days. The warming effect really helped so now I feel much better. At least I was able to do my job at work. They are not as stretchable as the former ones but they do the job. What else could I wish for?

Absolutely useless. No heat created from them at all! Please save your money and buy a better product than this

I’ve used a few different pain relief patches for Fibromyalgia and hEDS related pain. Some can be very expensive so I was pleased to see these were far better value for money. Unfortunately I guess you get what you pay for. These have not helped in any way with pain relief, they’ve just really irritated my skin where I’ve had the patches on, making me so itchy. I really wanted these to work so I am disappointed.

These patches are a great find . My back has been hurting ( a mix of poor sleep and gym ) my friend recommended I try a heat patch , and I found these .So for starters you get 5 in a pack which is great … I put it onto my back and it stuck straight away and stayed put untill I removed it 8 hours later . It heated up well and kept my aches at bay .I love the fact they’re handy , and discreet .. and I can keep one in my bag for “emergencies” .These are my go to now and I’m recommending them to all my friends and family
