Worked great in Cuba!
Just returned from Cuba where the card worked as advertised. Was able to use data through their 3G Cubacel network in Havana, Playa Larga, and Trinidad. Couldn't have been happier with the easy set-up or performance. NOTE/WARNING: BEFORE you install the card, TURN OFF anything on your phone that mysteriously uses data without you being aware such as auto-email checking, and background app refresh. I suspect that the users that complained that their data disappeared without them actively using it weren't aware that they had background processes in play. Also, I avoided web surfing even through it worked in order to conserve data. Used it successfully for iMessaging my family (Apple Users) and checking/receiving email. Even worked for Facetime voice call although not very well. Overall very pleased and will definitely recommend it!Based on the spotty reviews I only purchased the $25 data card but was able to conserve the data (easy to check how much is left) and it lasted about 6 days of text/email use. Of course I also didn't open emails that were obvious spam so that I didn't use data on that.

Somehow it works...
This card was a lifesaver. Works better than the State Internet. You will be roaming on a pretty fast [and apparently secret] HSPA network. You MUST have data roaming turned on for it to work and you will need to know the sim code to add more data (I think you dial *120#). It's also a good idea to re-up way before you run out of data. If you have Android make sure you turn on data saver in the system settings and also in the chrome browser. Don't even think about using FB, Instagram, or Tripadvisor. It will work, but you will blow your data in an instant. Overall we each used about 300mb over 5 days in Havana. All Google services worked perfectly and there appeared to be no content filtering occurring on this network.

Didn't Work In Havana, Cuba - 3 of us each purchased and all had the same problem
Three of us went on a week's vacation to Havana, Cuba and we each purchased this SIM card so we could call each other and check or email. During the entire trip we were unable to call each other. In addition, we were unable to access the internet to check our email until the day before we left. We were relied on this SIM card and it was worthless.

Works great!
Card worked as soon as I landed in Cuba, we visited Habana and Varadero. I had internet on my phone the entire week, with the exception of one day that the network was down. Note that if you purchase the $25 or $50 card, you will not be able to make phone calls via cell. Whatsapp, email and any other app I used worked fine, not at the speeds that I am accostumed to, but good enough to stay in touch with work associates, clients and family. I wouldn't plan on downloading a bunch of stuff or constantly surf the web, send too many photos, or you will be frustrated. Also note that the number you get is actually a number from Panama, but it works in Cuba. Make sure you turn off your background app refresh, or your data will run out very quickly.

Worked perfectly in December 2017
These worked in December 2017! The setup is VERY SPECIFIC so make sure to read the card and do every single detail; do not assume you will figure it out (because you would never figure it out without the card). Data is super expensive but hey, what do you expect. You can also add more data by paying with a credit card via their system. I added 500 more megabytes for an exorbitant amount of cash, and it worked fine.

I bought this SIM c ard to roam in Cuba. When I installed and activated it in Cuba Ialmost had no internet. Some moments I noticed that my whatsapp message went through. But normally it was not working at all. I am very dissapointed.

Extremely slow but a lifesaver!
Extremely expensive, extremely slow and extremely unstable but a lifesaver in Cuba. Internet connecting options are very limited in Cuba. You should buy this SIM card, then you have one more option. It gives you higher probability to get connected.I used this SIM to buy Kindle books in Cuba. That saved me from boringness. Also I used it to cancel a travel to an area with extremely high murder rate, so it probably saved my life literary. :p

Overall the service worked well and I'd recommend it.
The product works well and is by far the least expensive method for getting data in Cuba. I read somewhere that only tourists can use 3G as of May, 2017. While I don't know if that's true or not, this was my lifeline while there last week. WIFI is spotty, slow and it constantly disconnects you. WhatsApp calls were possible with their 3G options while the wifi calls barely worked. The reason for 4 starts was that when my first 100MB's were depleted, I went online to purchase more data but it didn't reactivate my sim. I emailed them and they did get it reactivated within about 18 hours. On one hand, they did get it resolved and were very responsive (emailed back within 4 hours to say they would work on it) but it shouldn't have taken 18 hours. What was frustrating was that I had to find wifi to contact them as once you are out of data, you are unable to reach them through the phone (texting, etc). There was also another half a day with no service but I suspect that was a network issue and not their fault.Overall the service worked well and I'd recommend it.
