Sometimes we don't have the time to cook when we're on the go or in a rush. Eggology makes it really convenient for me to make a quick shake or quick scramble in the morning. I also started mixing this with protein shakes before a workout and it's been aiding me with my body fat loss when I need to keep up protein throughout the day.The taste isn't noticeable when I mix it with almond milk or a shake, nor is it lumpy/thick or feel like yolk. It's smooth enough to drink on it's own.Scrambling takes near under 25 seconds when you need a quick bite. Omelettes are also a quick breakfast. I pack these in my freezer so when I open a new carton I take out another frozen one to thaw out in the fridge which should take about a day and a half.Packaging was beautiful and I'm ready to place a new order fairly soon.
